  • Sub-User Administration: Be in charge of your business banking with Sub-User Administration. Save valuable time and increase efficiencies by conveniently assigning specific account access, dual-control privileges, and transaction limits to your employees independently, without direct communication with your financial institution.
  • Business eStatements: TrustBank now offers your business the paper-free convenience of electronic statement delivery.
  • Digital Deposit: TrustBank's Remote Deposit Program, Digital Deposit®, allows business customers to convert paper checks into electronic images and deposit the images from their business location.   • Notify Me: The Notify Me feature is accessible via the 'Notify Me Alerts' tab in Online Banking. The 'Notify Me Alerts' screen contains 3 sub-tabs for easy access to the following categories of alerts:
    • Account Activity Alerts

    • Security Alerts
    You can choose 'Alert History' to view information on all alerts sent to you in the last 30 days. This allows you to track your own alerts and why an alert was generated, when it was generated and the delivery mode by which it was delivered.
  • Mobile Banking: Now, access Online Banking right from your fingertips on the go! Using a mobile browser, TrustBank's Mobile Banking service will allow you access to your accounts anytime, anywhere. The following Mobile Banking services are provided:
    • Access account details, history and check account balances

Security

The most important feature of TrustBank Online Banking is the level of security built into the system. Online Banking is thoroughly designed to ensure safe access to your banking information and services, utilizing a variety of security measures including encrypted passcodes.

Data security is handled through a security protocol called Transport Layer Security (TLS). TLS provides data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity for a TCP/IP connection.
