  • 2-Way Texting- You may receive a text to a valid mobile number to verify a transaction. You may reply via text to confirm whether or not the charge is authorized.
  • Email Transaction Notification- You may receive an email to the address TrustBank has on file with instructions on how to verify that a charge on your debit card is authorized. If you have recently changed email addresses, please contact us so we can update our system.
  • Phone Transaction Confirmation- You may receive a phone call to verify that a charge on your debit card is authorized. A call-back number will be left on your voicemail if you miss the call.
  • Phone Activation of New Debit Cards- When you receive a new debit card in the mail, you can call 1-800-992-3808 to instantly activate your new card; this feature works any time of day.
  • Report a Lost or Stolen Card- You can call 1-800-472-3272 to report a stolen card 24/7.
