Underwriter / Auditor
Responsibilities include analyzing applicant credit data, financial statements, and collateral values and auditing loan files based on aggregate lending relationships. This person will assist with assembling information for external and internal audits and examinations. This person will also oversee the appraisal management process.
The qualified applicant should possess the following:
B.S. degree from a four year college/university or 1 -2 years related experience. Must have strong language, mathematical and computer skills.
Business Development Officer
The Business Development Officer (BDO) will be responsible for sourcing, developing, tracking, monitoring, and closing new business relationships for the Bank. Responsibilities include developing new loan growth through relationship banking while assessing the customers’ needs including trust services, investment services, specialty products, and other banking services. The BDO will also assist in oversight duties at the Richland County Mall (RCM) facility including management responsibilities, retail and small business lending and new account opening.
