A New MyTrustBank ProsperityPortal Is Coming Soon!
We’re introducing an enhanced Trust & Wealth Management platform to give you a more streamlined online experience, refreshed statements, and easier access to your financial information through the new MyTrustBank ProsperityPortal.
This transition will begin on December 1, 2025, and we’re here to ensure it’s a smooth and seamless process.
What to Expect
- December 1–15, 2025: As we transition to the new platform, access to the current MyTrustBank Wealth Management portal or MyTrustBank ProsperityPortal and apps will be limited. You will continue to be able to view your historical financial information, including prior statements.
- Continued Support: While access is limited, your Trust Officer and Portfolio Manager remain available to provide current account details and answer any questions.
- Transition to the New MyTrustBank ProsperityPortal: On December 15, 2025, the new MyTrustBank ProsperityPortal will launch, offering improved navigation and streamlined access to your financial information, including account details, assets, and transactions.
- For clients who currently use the MyTrustBank ProsperityPortal, the transition will be seamless—your access will continue through the same link when the new platform launches.
- Clients who currently use the MyTrustBank Wealth Management portal will now access their information through the new MyTrustBank ProsperityPortal.
- New Account Numbers & Statements: Each account will receive a new account number as part of the transition. Account statements will feature a modernized, easier-to-read format following the transition.
- Login Information: Clients who currently use either the MyTrustBank ProsperityPortal or the MyTrustBank Wealth Management portal will receive an email invitation on December 15, with step-by-step instructions for logging in for the first time.
